The Big Freeze is a true forgotten classic.Set in a small market town a huge blizzard has swept across the country.The local Plumber (Eric Sykes) and his son (Bob Hoskins) get a call from a nearby old peoples home where the pipes are completely frozen.On route they come across a Birthday Party where the guests include (Donald Pleasence) and (Spike Milligan).Following in the footsteps of ''The Plank'' with its a series of visual jokes ''The Big Freeze'' incorporates a sequential flow of the set ups and pay offs building to a calamitous series of events.
